Not for you? No problem. Returns should be as simple as the routine.

30 days to decide

You can return your order up to 30 days after delivery. Unopened products are always eligible. Opened a product and your skin disagrees? Contact us — we’ll find a solution. Skincare is personal, and we’d rather have you happy than stuck with something that doesn’t work for you.

How it works

1. Email us at hello@modumen.com with your order number.
2. You’ll receive a return label and instructions within 1 business day.
3. Drop the package off at a parcel point.
4. Your refund is processed within 14 days of us receiving the return, to your original payment method.

Return costs

Return shipping within the Netherlands is free. From Belgium and Germany, return costs are €4.95, deducted from your refund.

Under EU law you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Our 30-day policy extends this — it never limits your legal rights.
