The short version: we sell skincare, you buy it, and we both act like reasonable people. The longer version is below.

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order placed through this website. By placing an order, you accept them. We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies.

3. Products and prices

All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise. We take care to display accurate product information and prices, but obvious errors are not binding. Product images may differ slightly from the delivered product.

4. Ordering and payment

An agreement is concluded once you receive our order confirmation by email. Payment is processed at checkout through our payment providers. We may refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud or errors.

5. Shipping and delivery

See our Shipping page for costs and delivery times. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Returns and withdrawal

You have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days, which we extend to 30 days. See our Returns page for the procedure.

7. Product use

Our products are cosmetics for external use. Always read the label and ingredient list. Stop using a product if irritation occurs. Our products are not medical treatments and do not replace professional medical advice.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

9. Complaints and disputes

Complaints? Email us first — we resolve almost everything directly. Dutch law applies to these terms. EU consumers can also use the European ODR platform.
